	Aspen Goods offers it's buyers a 10-day refund/returns policy: In case of loss or damage during shipment we can only refund if shipped insured. Returns need to be shipped back in their original state/packaging. Returns need to be packed/boxed securely for shipping and include a copy of the invoice. A relisting fee of 5% will be charged when applicable. S&H and insurance fees are non-refundable. If we do not have the exact item for exchange we will refund.
