We take our customer care seriously and therefore commit ourselves to shipping our items within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Important shipping notes:
- We ship worldwide. For international orders please contact us for shipping charges before you bid/pay. International insurance not available.
- We ship USPS Priority Mail unless either Fedex or UPS is significantly more affordable.
- We require insurance on shipments of items in value over $20.00.
- (Optional) insurance is available for $1.30 per $50.00 value.
- We can only combine shipment of items when payment is combined as well (include Ebay Item #s).
- If insurance is not required (see description) it will be optional since in case of loss or damage during shipment we can only refund if shipped insured.
- Shipment will be made upon cleared check, money order or PayPal. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear.

Unfortunately we are required by law to charge sales tax to buyers from Colorado. If you are located in another state/country no taxes are applicable. Colorado residents please add 2.9% sales tax to the total amount of your purchase.

Buyer please include S&H, Insurance. PLEASE, include the 'Ebay Item #' for your purchase in all your correspondence and/or payments (this will help us to expedite your transaction as quickly and efficiently as possible).

Aspen Goods offers it's buyers a 10-day refund/returns policy:
- In case of loss or damage during shipment we can only refund if shipped insured.
- Returns need to be shipped back in their original state/packaging.
- Returns need to be packed/boxed securely for shipping and include a copy of the invoice.
- A relisting fee of 5% will be charged when applicable.
- S&H and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- If we do not have the exact item for exchange we will refund.
- All sales final; returns accepted for damages, shipping errors and incorrect descriptions.
Aspen-Goods... a fresh start with our new Ebay name and with the namechange we also started a new Ebay account. Unfortunately a consequence was that we lost our 100% feedback rating.
